FLIGHT PERMITS
Mandatory service required by all foreign registered airlines to operate in India or over fly India. Kirpal Aviation Services we are an Indian CAA approved agency to apply and obtain Landing/Overflight permissions on behalf of Airlines. Complete guidance on weather information through ATC briefing for the respective airport
SLOTS/ OVER FLYING & LANDING PERMISSIONS
For landing at any specific airport along with the necessary approval from Indian CAA the airlines also require slot approval at the airport of operations, this service is only required for Landing. At Kirpal aviation we maintain cordial relations at all major airports in India to ensure that the desired slot is offered (Slot approval is at the sole discretion of Airport and is also subject to any VIP movements or other unavoidable factors)
CREW HOTEL/ TRANSPORTATION/ TLP
- With our arrangements/ agreements with major chain of hotels you can enjoy special tariff for your crew accommodation as and when required.
- Assistance in Crew TLP, TLP or necessary visa on arrival for crew. (Crew TLP for SAARC countries is not permitted)

OTHER SERVICES FOR NECCESSARY AOP
What is AOP (Air operating permit) Should airlines intend to operate regular flights at Indian Airports and doesn’t want to apply individual permissions for each flight under open sky policy. Such airlines have to apply and obtain AOP through Indian CAA and BCAS, AOP offers the airlines flexibility to operate as per the filed schedule on seasonality basis (Summer/Winter) these airlines does not require individual permissions for their operations in India.
